Apex Clarity Press launches with AI prompt engineering and remote work productivity
Today I'm officially launching Apex Clarity Press with three books on Amazon — two on AI prompt engineering and one on remote work productivity.
This has been a project I've been working on for the past couple of months, building everything from the manuscripts and formatting to the covers, bonus content, and a dedicated website. I wanted to share what's out there and why I made it.
📚 The Books
The first two books are a pair. The AI Prompt Playbook is the starting point — 147 templates built on the CRAFT Framework that teach you how to write prompts that actually get results from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot. No technical background required.
Prompt Engineering Mastery picks up right where Book 1 ends. Another 147 templates — zero overlap — with the FORGED System for building AI workflows that run without you. Automation pipelines, system prompt architecture, business strategy frameworks, multi-model deployment. It's for anyone who's past the basics and wants to build real systems.
The Focus Protocol is different. It's a remote work productivity system — 22 templates and 3 importable calendar files covering everything from environment design and 90-minute sprint blocks to async communication scripts and a hard shutdown checklist. If you work from home and feel like your days run you instead of the other way around, this is the book I wish I'd had years ago.
📔 Why Self-Publishing
I went the KDP self-publishing route because I wanted full control — no agent, no publisher, no waiting 18 months. The tradeoff is you do everything yourself: writing, formatting, cover design, listing optimization, ad strategy, bonus content, website. But the tools available today (especially AI-assisted workflows) make it genuinely viable.
I'll probably write more about the process later for anyone curious about KDP as a side business. The short version: it's more work than most people expect, but the barrier to entry is lower than most people think.
